Warranty and Return Policy

Return Merchandise Authorization

Product being returned for credit due to customer purchasing or shipping error must be returned within 30 days of ship date. An RMA number must be obtained from Lund prior to the return of any merchandise. Products purchased through a distributor of Lund must have the RMA number obtained by the distributor from Lund.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and a restocking fee of 15% of goods returned will be assessed.  Additional costs may apply in unusual circumstances (e.g. large order quantities). We will do our best to work with you in good faith to minimize the cost.
Product not in resalable condition or custom orders cannot be returned.

Lund reserves the right to not issue a return authorization or accept return at their sole discretion and choice. This may be based on factors such as discontinued items, production changes, custom product or inventory levels on the item.

Warranty Claim Returns

In order to return a product covered under the Lund Limited Warranty an RMA number must be obtained from Lund. Products purchased through a distributor of Lund must have an RMA number obtained by them from Lund. The receiving department cannot accept returns without an RMA number. They will be refused and shipped back at the customer’s expense. Please package the product with a note detailing the failure and indicate where and when the unit was purchased. Products outside the Lund Limited Warranty may have a charge associated with the repairs.
